About

Big-agency quality, without the big agency

Web Architects is a one-person studio giving local businesses the kind of website that used to cost five figures.

The Story

Why Web Architects exists

Local businesses have always had two bad options for getting online. Option one: a DIY template site: cheap, but generic, slow, and abandoned the moment life gets busy. Option two: a traditional agency: polished, but slow to deliver, expensive to change, and priced for companies with marketing departments.

I started Web Architects because that trade-off no longer has to exist. Modern tools let one experienced builder do what used to take a whole studio: research your industry, draft tailored layouts and copy, and iterate in hours rather than weeks. Every decision about what actually goes live is still made by a person.

That means a barber, a plumber, or an accountant can get a genuinely custom, fast, mobile-first website in ten business days, with someone on the other end of the phone who actually built it, and keeps it running every month after.

The Difference

Not a template. Not a traditional agency.

vs. a Template Site

Templates make every business look the same and leave you doing the work. We build around your industry, your customers, and your goals, and we do the building, the writing, and the updating.

vs. a Traditional Agency

No account managers, no six-week discovery phases, no invoice for every comma changed. Cutting the busywork means agency-quality output at a price a local business can justify.

One Person, Accountable

You deal with the person who designs, builds, and maintains your site. No hand-offs, nothing lost in translation. When you call, the person who answers can actually fix it.

How We Work

Built to be found. Managed to stay that way.

Ten days sounds fast because most agencies are slow. The difference is process: the parts that usually drag on (research, first drafts, layout options, testing) are handled in hours, so the time goes into the decisions that matter.

  • Faster builds 10 business days, not 10 weeks.
  • Lower cost Less grunt work, prices local businesses can afford.
  • Better first drafts Built on what already works in your industry.
  • Human sign-off Every word and layout approved by a person.
